1. Service. Comfy Landing is an independent proxy-ordering service. We purchase items from Korean retailers on your behalf; displayed prices are all-in (product + service margin + domestic delivery). We are not affiliated with any retailer.
2. Orders & payment. Submitting a request is not a purchase. We confirm stock and total, then send a PayPal invoice; orders are placed only after payment. Minimum order US$50.
3. Delivery. Deliveries are scheduled within the customer-confirmed window (start date to +3 business days). Accuracy of the address and window is the customer's responsibility. Parcels received by other occupants, incorrect addresses, or buildings that refuse deliveries are outside our guarantee; reshipment costs are borne by the customer.
3-1. Substitution. Items are fulfilled as the listed brand/model or an equivalent-or-better product of the same specification (for example, when retailers run promotions). Any price advantage from substitution is passed on to the customer. To lock a specific model, write it in your order notes.
4. Defects & returns. The original seller's exchange/refund policy applies first; we assist with Korean-language communication. Report issues within 48 hours of delivery with photos and original packaging. Hygiene items and consumables cannot be returned once opened.
5. Cancellation. Free before payment. After payment, refunds exclude costs we cannot recover once retail orders are placed.
6. Prohibited items. Medicines, alcohol, tobacco, contact lenses and other restricted goods cannot be ordered.
7. Vouchers & discounts. No cash value; one voucher per order; conditions may change with notice.
8. Liability. Our total liability for any order is capped at the amount paid for that order.
9. Governing law. Republic of Korea.
What we collect. Name, contact (email/WhatsApp), delivery address, arrival date — solely to fulfill your order.
Sharing. Shared only with retailers/couriers as needed for delivery. Payment data is handled by PayPal; we never see your card details.
Retention. Order records are kept for up to 1 year for support and tax purposes, then deleted. Request earlier deletion anytime: contact@comfylanding.com.
